A virtual session with me is simple, flexible, and all about making the most of your time! Once you schedule a session that works with your calendar (through my easy-to-use Practice Better portal), you’ll get a Zoom link and handy reminders so you’re always in the loop. Before we meet, you’ll fill out a little paperwork to ensure we’re both ready to dive in and make real progress during our time together.
During the session, we’ll connect face-to-face on Zoom to discuss your goals, challenges, and next steps—all tailored just for you. And don’t worry—between sessions, you’ll have access to messaging through the portal, so you’re never left hanging with questions or roadblocks. It’s a streamlined, supportive process designed to fit your life and keep you on track.

A Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is trained to address the root causes of health concerns through a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. I completed over 1,200 hours of training with the Nutritional Therapy Association, focusing on how the body functions, how nutrition impacts overall health, and how to create tailored solutions for each individual. While I’m not a licensed dietitian, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices and designed to support your body’s unique needs—not just follow standardized national guidelines.
Dietitians are typically licensed professionals who work within medical or institutional settings, often using USDA guidelines to create meal plans or treat specific medical conditions. In contrast, as an NTP, I take a more customized approach, focusing on optimizing your overall well-being by addressing the root causes of symptoms, such as energy imbalances, digestion issues, or chronic fatigue.

My services aren’t covered by insurance, but many clients find that HSA or FSA accounts will pay for them. I’m happy to accept HSA/FSA payments if your plan allows it. To check, simply contact your account provider and ask if nutritional therapy or wellness coaching is an eligible expense.
