Introductory Consultation

    During this call we will:

    • Discuss your primary health goals and concerns

    • Determine whether moving forward with a Foundations Health Assessment would be the appropriate next step

    This conversation is designed to provide initial clarity and ensure that our work together would be productive and aligned.

    After registering for your consultation, you will automatically receive the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).

    Please schedule your consultation at least two days after completing the questionnaire so I have time to review your responses beforehand.

    These individual sessions are designed for clients who have already completed a Foundations Health Assessment and would like occasional follow-up support outside of a structured coaching program.

    A follow-up consultation allows us to review your current progress, address new concerns, and adjust your nutrition, lifestyle, or supplement strategy as needed.
